Happy Holidays! We know during this holiday season with busy schedules and fun events, that families are in a rush to accomplish it all. I just wanted to send out a few reminders for drop-off, during the day and afternoon pick up so that we can make sure that our campus and drive lane remain a safe place.

Morning Drop-off

  • Please keep in mind that our school is a 15 mph Please actively watch for students crossing.
  • Please make sure to STOP at the stop sign.
  • Please make sure you are watching the cross walk attendant for directions of when to stop and when to go
  • Staff members will happily assist students in getting to their proper morning recess areas.
  • Please make sure students are exiting the vehicle promptly. If there are backpacks, coats, or snack bag, we can help the student put them on outside of the car.
  • Please make sure that there is a continual “flow” going through drive lane. If we work together to make sure that the line keeps moving, it will go a lot smoother and quicker.

During the Day

  • The School welcomes adult visitors.
  • Parents/guardians who wish to schedule classroom observations or wishing to speak with the teachers, should make an appointment with the teacher at least 24-hours advance.
  • All visitors to the school campus are required first to receive a visitor’s badge. For safety reasons, we are asking that no one should be in the school or on the campus unless they have signed in at the office.
  • If a student forgets their lunch, please drop off the lunch to the front office, and we will get it to your student.

Afternoon Dismissal

Half-Day Kinder Mainstream: 12:00

Half-Day Kinder Montessori: 12:15

K – 1 Grade: 3:00 PM

2nd Grades & Montessori K-3rd: 3:15 PM

3rd – 4th Grades: 3:25 PM

5th – 8th Grades: 3:35 PM All Classes

 

  • If there are changes to dismissal, please let the front office know. They will communicate the change with teachers.
  • Please arrive during the oldest child’s pick up time
  • Please make sure your car-card is prominently displayed on the right side of the window. If the car card is not present, we will ask you to park and walk into the front office with your ID to pick up your student.
  • Please make sure you arrive at your student’s designated time. Any pick up person who here before their child’s designated time will be asked to exit the line and loop around.
  • Please make sure you are watching the cross walk attendant for directions of when to stop and when to go
  • We cannot buckle students in, if you would like to help your student with the car buckle, please park and walk up with your car card to collect your student.
  • Please remain in the vehicle, and we will help the kids get in the car.
