Hello! Picture Day, Virtual Book Fair and Conferences oh my!! We have a busy week coming up! Thank you for keeping with us as we go through our busy week.
Fall Picture Schedule
Fall Pictures are on Wednesday, September 23rd. Pre-pay online ordering! Parents have the ability to order pictures by visiting ios.dorianstudio.com and using the school’s access key, A8LMDL3F, also found on your picture day envelope before and up to four (4) days after picture day. After the 4-day grace period expires, a personalized access key will be sent home with picture delivery. A $7 shipping and handling fee will be added to all orders made with a personalized access key and orders ship directly home.

Virtual Usborne Book Fair!
Our Virtual Usborne Books & More Book Fair is this week!!!
While we wish you could interact with the books in person, want to give you the opportunity to look at the books in more detail from the comfort of your home.
There will be a Virtual Book Look Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday nights at 8:00 or 8:30 PM, so that you’ll be able to preview books that are age appropriate for your child.

Our consultant Megan Moroso will be raffling a free $10 book to one of the first 20 to RSVP to each event. So be sure to RSVP quickly to be entered into the drawing. If you aren’t able to make the event live, you can still RSVP & browse at your convenience.

Help Feed Our Teachers
Help Feed Our Teachers! Next Thursday is our late night of conferences. We are asking parents to help support our staff by providing monetary donations for Someburros and dinner items during the evening of the late-night teacher conferences in October. Our theme for the late night on Thursday, October 1st is Fiesta Night. Please have all donation items dropped off to the front office by 4:00 pm on October 1st. We have a half day next Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for Conferences.
Dismissal Times– 11:00 AM- 11:30

Mathletes
Attention all Mathletes! Our San Tan Mathlete Teams are forming now!
San Tan is proud to offer the Noetic Math Contest and the Math Olympiad Contest to our San Tan Mathletes! Our award-winning math teams are forming now, we are looking for students who are interested in supporting San Tan with their love of mathematics!
If your child is interested in participating in the San Tan Mathlete program, please complete the form below to have your student entered into a grade appropriate team.
Contests will be offered both in person and virtual this year.
