Letter from the Principal

Dear San Tan Families,

We have our first half day TOMORROW Wednesday (August 30th) dismissal is from 11:00-11:30. I know that often on half days, other people like grandparents pick up. Please ensure that they have their car tags with them in order to pick up.

Given that we may not know who you half day helpers are, please make sure that you help us making sure that car tags are present, we will be asking for those picking up to come inside to show ID to bring the students from the classroom. If you need an extra car tag to give to grandparents or siblings, please come into the front office to request a blank one.

If you need child care for the half day and half days coming up, please make sure to fill out the following form. Only students who are signed up are able to attend camp.

Friday Night Lights

This week’s theme is Camo to honor our first responders! If students dress in Camo gear at the game, they get in for free.

 

 

After the game (and after every HOME football game) join us at Brass Tap, which will be donating 25% of all proceeds to San Tan Charter School from 9pm to closing! Let’s get out there and show our appreciation for their generous donation.

 

Paper Drive

Our annual beginning of the year PAPER DRIVE is in full effect. We have seen a bit of a slowdown this last week. As a reminder, the class with the MOST points will receive a teacher reward for participating is $150.00 classroom fund. Write your teacher’s name on the paper and send it to the front office. 5-6th should put their HOMEROOM teacher on their writing. Here are the totals thus far!

Grandparent’s Day

In recognition of International Grandparents Day, we are inviting all Grandparents to attend lunch with their grandchildren campus on September 7th and 8th. Lunch is open for special guests, not just grandparents. Due to space concerns, we are asking hosting two days and we ask that you sign up based on THE STUDENT’s last name.

 

Kindergarten Mainstream 12:00 – 12:30

1st – 2nd Mainstream 11:30 – 12:00

3rd – 4th Mainstream 12:30 – 1:00

5th – 6th Mainstream 12:00 – 12:30

All Montessori 12:00 – 12:30
