Hello Recker Families!

I hope you are well and staying safe during this time. After our ‘kick off” week of home-based instruction, I want to thank you for all of the grace you have given us through technical difficulties and working through the nuances of working from home (including toddlers who simply “have to” be a flag holder in our first-morning announcement video from home today). This week, we are still plugging along and continuing with home-based instruction. However, please keep in mind that this coming Friday and Monday are holiday days and therefore, teachers will be off.

I know that some families are going through extremely rough times right now.  If you need additional support during this time, here is a list of schools that are providing meals for those children under 18 years old. You can click on the school district and they will have a map showing what school in the area/district are providing meals.  There are also a few places that are giving out free meals at the beginning of this article.
