Laramie Letters 4/14
Hello Recker Families!
I hope you had a nice and restful long weekend. With this next week starting, I am noticing everyone really settling in nicely.
I do know there has been a lot of concern about what home-based instruction means for the continuation of this year and next year. I am here to put your mind at ease. There will be no retention of students based on this home-based instruction time. These activities and lessons that the teachers are putting up in their classrooms are simply here to keep normalcy during this time. We are cognizant that there are a lot of situations right now that are not within our or your control. I promise that we are not “docking” grades for missing assignments. Our teachers will check in with you to ensure that you are ok but there will be no negative repercussions from this time from San Tan.
I hope that I have eased your minds going forward during this uncharted time.
