Happy First Week of March! Just as a reminder, we have half days Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of this week for Parent Teacher conferences!

Coffee with the Principal

Parents, join Mrs. Laramie for coffee and breakfast treats to chat about what’s happening around our great Recker campus. Please sign in to the front office. This is also the perfect opportunity to ask questions and share ideas! Last week, we had a great time answering questions, chatting about the building updates and much more. This week, I look forward to collaborative discussions, mingling and getting to know you all!

Help Feed Our Teachers! 

We are asking parents to help support our staff by providing dinner items during the evening of our late night teacher conferences in March. Our theme for the late night on Thursday, March 5 is a Taco/Burrito Bar. Please have all donation items fully cooked and dropped off to the front office by 4:00 pm on March 5. Our teachers will be getting a dinner break from 4:00-5:00. We have 70 staff members on campus this year. To sign up, please click the link below. We sincerely appreciate any and all donations.

Guest Teachers needed

How would you like to be more a part of the San Tan family and guest teach for us?  We are in need of those parents who love to be with children and teach using the love and logic approach.  Hours vary.  Could be half day or full day. You may specify the age group that you feel comfortable teaching.  If you are interested please email Gwen Golonka, Elementary Admin Assistant at ggolonka@santancs.com.  Or stop by the office for a guest teacher packet.

 

Donor’s Choose

At this time, we are so excited to find that the Gates Foundation and Donor’s Choose are currently matching teacher’s projects at 50%. Therefore, our teachers are filling out projects at this time. If you would like to donate, you can click on the following links.
