 In Branding

Dear Sarah,

I hope everyone is enjoying a fantastic week! As we approach Winter Break, we have three exciting weeks filled with amazing activities! We are currently seeking volunteers for our upcoming Scholastic Book Fair during the last week of school. This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to our students’ love for reading and help them discover new books. Whether you have a few hours to spare or can commit to a whole day, your help will make a significant difference in making this event a success. Join us in creating a magical atmosphere where students can explore the world of books and let their imaginations soar!

Additionally, we kindly request food donations for our Teacher Conferences. Our hardworking teachers deserve a delicious meal to keep them energized during the conferences. If you are able to contribute any food items, whether it be homemade goodies or store-bought treats, we would greatly appreciate it. Let’s show our appreciation to our dedicated teachers.

On top of that, we have an exciting competition for reenrollment, where the class with the highest number of students reenrolled will win a pizza party on December 15th before the break. We value the commitment of our students and their families, and this competition is a way for us to express our gratitude. Please follow the directions below on how to reenroll and secure your student’s class a chance to win the pizza party!

Warmest regards,

Sarah Laramie

Re-Enrollment Incentive

The classroom that achieves the greatest number of reenrolled students for the 24-25 school year will be rewarded with an exciting and mouthwatering pizza party extravaganza on December 15th! Let’s come together to celebrate the unwavering commitment to education and the dedication shown by our students.

By encouraging your classmates to reenroll, not only will you be contributing to the success of your classroom, but you’ll also be adding to the joy and excitement of the upcoming pizza party. So, let’s rally our fellow students and make this event a truly unforgettable experience filled with delicious slices of pizza, laughter, and shared memories.

Giving Tuesday

Giving Tuesday is upon us! This year’s tax credit giving goal is $100,000.00.

Your gift — large or small — will make a difference.

With your support, we can continue to provide the programs outlined below;

  • Full-Day Kindergarten Scholarship
  • Funding for the Library/Media Space
  • Montessori Outdoor Environment
  • Peace Education
  • Going Outs into the Community
  • Health Care Supplies
  • Playground Equipment

There are TWO ways to give!

In addition, our Montessori Preschool School gives out around $45,000.00 a year in scholarship to those families in need, we are able to offer these scholarships because of the Arizona School tax credit program. The best part is whatever you contribute, you will receive dollar for dollar back on your state taxes. So, if you give $100, you can deduct that $100 off what you owe in taxes. You do not have to have a child at the school to pledge, you must only be an AZ State resident paying AZ State taxes.
