Welcome Back Roadrunners!

 

I hope everyone enjoyed a beautiful fall break last week! We are back into the swing of things here at San Tan with practicing routines, expectations, and reviewing quarter one concepts. From there we will be jumping right into small groups in reading, math, spelling, and interactive science and social studies. Our teachers, even though on fall break, spent time preparing for the return of our students to make learning engaging and fun. They truly are a dedicated group of educators that I feel beyond blessed to teach and work alongside.  Thank you to all of you who attended our October ILP conferences. I heard lots of great feedback from families and teachers.

November Lunch Menu is READY

Everyone (even returning families) will need to re-register for a new account on the system.  If you are interested in participating in hot lunch for the upcoming school year, please click on the link below. All hot lunches come with a meat, vegetarian, or salad option as well as 2% white milk or water at a cost of $3.75 per day. All August lunch orders MUST be completed by end of day on Monday 10/22.

Noetic Math Contest Permission Slip

Our Fall Noetic Math Contest will be presented Nov. 8th for grades 2nd through 8th in their normal math class.  If you wish for your child’s name and results to be posted on Noetic’s website, please complete the following digital form by Oct. 31st of 2018.

Character Skating@ SkateLand!

San Tan Charter School’s

Our 1st Annual Small Business Saturday is an opportunity for our community to support each other! We will have vendors showcasing a wide variety of items such as jewelry, candles, clothing, art work, gourmet foods, and so much more! There will be a charitable raffle and proceeds from the event will benefit our Kindergarten through 7th grade technology program.  We are looking for vendors!  If you are interested, please fill out the attached application and email it to Ms. Simonton at lsimonton@santancs.com.

 

 

San Tan Charter – Recker Campus Yearbooks On Sale Now

Our 2018-2019 San Tan Charter School – Recker Campus Yearbook Team is excited to announce that yearbooks are now on sale. Our yearbook theme this year is Why We Choose San Tan. This year we will have 68 beautiful, full color pages that highlight many of the San Tan happenings throughout the year. This edition of our yearbook is expected to be one of our best and our goal is to make sure all our students are highlighted throughout the year. The earlier you order your child’s yearbook, the cheaper it will be. We are starting our sales campaign with a Premiere Special price of $25. The price will go up on October 5th to $30 and gradually increase as we get closer to the end of the school year. Keep an eye out on our San Tan Charter School Connections Facebook page for sneak peaks at some of our great memories. Attached you will find the Yearbook Order form.
