Letter from the Principal

Dear San Tan Families,

Hello all! I hope you are having a great week! Don’t forget we have the rest of our fundraiser spirit week is this week!! Here are the upcoming days:

Wednesday, September 13th – Picture Day! – Dress to Impress

Thursday, September 14th – Wear all one-color Day

Friday, September 15th – San Tan Spirit Day

Our school wide fundraiser is ongoing a couple of reminders –

For every $50 donation you receive, the DONOR will be entered in a drawing for 2 Superbowl tickets or a cash equivalent of 1 ticket!
For every $250 in donations received, the STUDENT will be entered into the drawing!

As you may know, as an Arizona charter school, we do not compete “on a level playing field” with Arizona public school districts or private schools. Although our school rivals some of the best schools in the state, our per-student funding only provides for our student’s basic needs. To help provide the best small school experience in the state, we asked our Administration, Faculty, Athletics Department, Program Coordinators and Student Body to fundraise for it!  

Be reminded that if you are an Arizona resident, that your donation to the fundraiser could be eligible for the Public School Tax Credit! This credit is up to $400 per household for married filing joint filers and $200 for single, heads of households and married filing separate filers. Volunteer Opportunity

Please help us feed our teachers during their late-night conference day!!  Please have nonperishable items delivered before Sept. 21st.  All perishable food delivered by 3:45 on September 21st.  Thank you!!

Paper Drive

Our annual beginning of the year PAPER DRIVE is in full effect. We have seen a bit of a slowdown this last week. As a reminder, the class with the MOST points will receive a teacher reward for participating is $150.00 classroom fund. Write your teacher’s name on the paper and send it to the front office. 5-6th should put their HOMEROOM teacher on their writing. Here are the totals thus far!
