Happy first week back from break! It is so nice to see all the students back. They were missed! Conferences are going well this week and it has been so lovely to see everyone on campus.
Club sign ups are going out in a separate email from me tomorrow so please look for that from me!

Important Announcements
Arizona Tax Credit Program
The program is a win/win for everyone. By redirecting your tax dollars, you will support special programs at San Tan Charter School such as Music Education and Media Sciences, which each student participates in and Physical Education including Character Education, in which students participate in daily. It also helps support our newest addition of Library and computer lab time for our students.
The best part, is whatever you contribute, you will receive dollar for dollar back on your state taxes. So, if you give $100, you can deduct that $100 off what you owe in taxes. If you are a married couple, you may only contribute up to $400. If you are single, the total amount that you can contribute is $200. A one-time contribution is also wonderful.

Art Competition
Calling all artists! We want to see your masterpiece! Sign up to participate in the Art Competition. You can submit a creation of your choosing. Turn in your project by 2/25/2022.

Book Fair
Forgot to come to the UsBorne Book Fair last week? Don’t worry because we have our Scholastic Book Fair coming up the first week back! We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming Scholastic Book Fair. Hosted by our staff, this event is an opportunity for students of all ages to build their home libraries and further their love of reading. As always, all purchases benefit our school.
We will begin with online shopping all day starting January 1st, in person shopping from January 3rd– 7th (Monday and Wednesday from 7:30- 8:30 AM & 11:00-4:00 PM, Tuesday from 7:30- 8:30 AM & 11:00-7:00 PM, and Thursday-Friday from 7:30- 8:30 AM & 3:00-4:00 PM) and finishing with online shopping until January 9th.

March Book Madness
Introducing March Book Madness 2022! During the spring semester, we will be reading the following books and then voting on the school’s favorite book out of the 16! This year’s theme is Turning Points. The brackets will be announced on February 1, 2022. First round voting will start on March 2, 2022. 2022-2023 Enrollment
We have begun reenrollment for next year. We have a two-process step for reenrollment. Reenrollment paperwork and Infinite Campus Kiosk will be due by January 14th.
