Letter from the Principal
Dear San Tan Families,
As we move into break, I feel so grateful for such a successful first semester. I am so proud of all of our students and how well they have done this semester. The progress I have seen both socially and academically has been fantastic. Our teachers and staff have truly gone above and beyond and I am so grateful for each and every one and what they bring to the morale of the school. I am one proud Principal. I am looking forward to successful spring semester.
Just a quick reminder that Friday is a half day and don’t forget we have the Usborne Book Fair here on campus all week! Books make fantastic holiday gifts!!! I have attached the flyer in this email!
Please look for a reminder email from me tomorrow with a reminder of all the details about our upcoming music concert (TOMORROW Wednesday, December 15th).
During the break we will have limited office hours. We will be open from 9-3 December 20th-23rd and will be closed on the 24th. The next week, We will be open from 9am-3 pm December 27th-30th and will be closed on the 31st.

2022-2023 Enrollment
We have begun reenrollment for next year. We have a two-process step for reenrollment. Reenrollment paperwork and Infinite Campus Kiosk will be due by January 14th.

Annie Parent Meeting/Actor Round-Up
Parents of Annie cast members, please don’t forget that our mandatory parent meeting/actor round up is tomorrow Tuesday, December 14th at 6PM at our Power Campus! We will be meeting briefly in the Student Union, and then we will be taking costume measurements, handing our scripts and schedules and taking a photo for our cast announcement picture. Please wear a solid colored top!
Arizona Tax Credit Program
The program is a win/win for everyone. By redirecting your tax dollars, you will support special programs at San Tan Charter School such as Music Education and Media Sciences, which each student participates in and Physical Education including Character Education, in which students participate in daily. It also helps support our newest addition of Library and computer lab time for our students.
The best part, is whatever you contribute, you will receive dollar for dollar back on your state taxes. So, if you give $100, you can deduct that $100 off what you owe in taxes. If you are a married couple, you may only contribute up to $400. If you are single, the total amount that you can contribute is $200. A one-time contribution is also wonderful.

Winter Music Concert
The concert is Wednesday, December 15th. We will be holding the performance at Mission Church (4450 E Elliot Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85234).
Please pay close attention to your child’s showtime, as we have three different performances that night. Your child will need to arrive 30 minutes before their designated showtime to check in.
Concert Showtimes:
5:00 – 5:30 – Kindergarten – 2nd grades
6:00 – 6:30 – Montessori K-6th
7:00 – 7:30 – 3rd – 6th grades
