Important Announcements
COVID Procedures
With the holiday season upon us, I just wanted to send a quick reminder of the COVID procedures. If there is a positive COVID case within your household, please keep your students’ home and contact the school. As we are doing our best to keep our students healthy and keep responsibly notifying our community of any potential exposure, please notify us if anyone in your household tests positive as soon as possible.
Feel free to email Ms. Stevens (mstevens@santancs.com) or myself (slaramie@santancs.com) with any questions or concerns.
Lost and Found
Our Lost and Found is overflowing! Starting this week, we will begin the following process. Tuesday and Wednesday morning, we will be putting lost and found outside at driveline for parents and students to go through. We search all lost and found items for names and Wednesday afternoon we will need to bag up the items and donate them to Goodwill. Please take some time this evening/tomorrow morning to ensure your student has all of their belongings.
I highly recommend labeling everything your student brings to school to avoid this as we return all labeled items to their owners.
Winter Sports Photos
As a result of late registrations and available uniforms, we have rescheduled our Winter Sports photo day. The new day for on-campus photos is Monday, November 29, after we return from break. Please be on the lookout for ordering forms from your coaches.
Winter Football Combine
Calling all San Tan Youth and Junior High footballers – Join the professional ranks for a day on campus and participate in a football combine. The CK Vikings Football program will be on campus Dec. 4 to help show your stuff. See the flier for more details on how to register and contact coach Chase Cartright at (480) 233-1409 or chase.F3TTraining@gmail.com.

Charlie Brown Thanksgiving Dessert Donation
Occurring the day before Thanksgiving, Charlie Brown Thanksgiving is a tradition at San Tan Charter! Dr. and Mrs. Sippel began this tradition in the first Montessori Preschool class with bean soup. The tradition continues for families by bringing their own lunch and eating it picnic style outside as a community and brining desserts to share. The kids love this because this is the one-day sweets are allowed on campus! Please help us! Peruse our list and bring your favorite treat.
A few reminders: No NUTS, desserts must be baked, defrosted and ready at morning drive lane. There will be volunteers available to collect your dessert at drive lane and walk it over to the cafeteria to be cut.

Golf Cart Request
The Power Campus needs a golf cart to help move equipment/water for home games & practice to the fields. We will also use this golf cart to help elderly fans make the long walk from the gates to the fields for games. We would like one that has seats in the back but can flip down so equipment and water can be carried. If you would like to donate one or would like to find out more information how you can help the athletic department obtain one, please reach out to our Athletic Director Shawn Lytle slytle@santancs.com
I think we can all agree that we have AMAZING staff at STCS Recker Campus. We would love to hear from you all the wonderful things that the staff are doing so please click the following link to give our staff a “Shout Outs”. Frost Gelato has generously donated gift cards to help reward out staff members after they have received a shout out!
